Advantages

  1. The dewatering screen is designed as a sieve plate with an inclination angle of 5 degrees. The rear part of the dewatering screen plate is at 45 degrees with the main board. Two balanced vibration motors are installed horizontally. One is at the upper end of the other. The rotational effect of the unbalanced gravity when rotating makes the work of the sieve more stable.
  2. Using double vibration motor to excite vibration, the structure is firm and compact, which can get rid of the shortcomings of the traditional eccentric vibrator, such as large structure, oil leakage, wear, noise and inconvenient maintenance.
  3. The side guard plate of the dewatering screen adheres with wear-resistant rubber, which ensures that the dewatering screen is not damaged by wear and tear, and reduces the pollution of iron to the material.
  4. High-frequency dehydration screen uses embedded wear-resistant urethane combination screen. Its service life is 3-10 times higher than traditional metal screen. It avoids the direct collision between the metal frame of screen and ore, reduces noise and reduces the heavy feeling of metal screen.
  5. The vibration absorber of the dewatering screen is a rubber vibration absorber, which is more suitable for wet working conditions and is both vibration absorber and durable.

 

Structure

Tailings dry discharge slurry is concentrated to more than 60% concentration through high-efficiency concentration cyclone, and evenly enters the screen face of V-shaped inlet and outlet. First, a large number of liquids are filtered out. Affected by power source, the tailings are forced to move forward to separate liquids to form a coarse filter layer for secondary internal water filtration. The fine tailings are separated from water tension and mixed with sand in the aggregate, and then the aggregate tailings peel off the coarse sand filter layer quickly. The water content of dry tailings is controlled within 10%-15% when moving in a fast straight line to dry discharge at the outlet, so as to achieve the purposes of transportation, dry heap and transportation.
