[Application] Washing thickener is a special equipment for solid-liquid separation of cyanide leached pulp. Besides gold cyanidation process, it can also be used for dewatering in hydrometallurgy, light industry and chemical industry of uranium mine.

[Improvement] 1. Small area, energy-saving, and can simplify the process configuration. 2. To achieve counter-current washing, the tank volume is large, and the washing efficiency is high.

Structure

There are three kinds of washing thickener: single layer, two-layer and three-layer. We take three layer as an example. The pulp is fed into the upper pool by feeding pipe, and the pulp freely settled in the rake area is further concentrated by the pressure of the scraper. The pulp is gradually scraped from the rake to the center of the pool, and discharged into the next pool by gravity from the discharge port. The clean water is washed by the distribution box into the lowest layer, the overflow of the lowest layer is returned to the distribution box and the material is washed by the upper layer, and the overflow of the first layer is washed by the overflow. The weir is discharged, and the material which has been washed twice is discharged through the bottom.
