Dali Company’s 2nd End-of-Year Celebration

To celebrate the arrival of the Spring Festival holidays and express gratitude to everyone for their work in the past year, Dali Mining Machinery Company held the 2025 year-end celebration. This event strengthened communication among employees and brought joy to everyone.

The theme of the celebration was “Choose Dali, Create Great Undertakings Together, Work in Unity and Concerted Efforts, and Welcome the Spring Festival Hand in Hand”. It fully embodied the company’s expectations for the future and the consistent spirit of forging ahead hand in hand with all employees, especially in this important year of the 25th anniversary.

The celebration was held at a hotel. On the afternoon of February 12, all employees of Dali Mining Machinery Company gathered together to review the progress made this year and welcome the arrival of the Spring Festival.

The process of the celebration was rich and colorful, allowing every participant to deeply feel the warmth and friendship of the big family. Firstly, all employees took a group photo to commemorate this precious moment of unity. Subsequently, the general manager delivered the opening speech, reviewing the extraordinary journey and hard won achievements of the company over the past 25 years, thanking every employee for their silent dedication and hard work along the way, and looking forward to continuing to make great efforts with all colleagues in the new year.

After the speech, the much-anticipated literary performances by colleagues kicked off. The performances were diverse and wonderful: solo singing was melodious and touching, chorus was powerful and passionate, solo and group crosstalks were vivid and humorous, the sketch was down-to-earth and warm,  the recitation was solemn and affectionate, expressing the love for the company. Every performance was full of sincerity and enthusiasm, showing the versatile and energetic side of Dali employees.

After the literary performances, interesting games brought the atmosphere of the scene to a new climax. Colleagues actively participated, cooperated with each other in the games, laughed and cheered together. The lucky draw was the most anticipated segment. With the announcement of the winning list one by one, the venue was filled with cheers and blessings, and every lucky winner had a bright smile on their face, which added more joy to the celebration.

In the warm and cheerful atmosphere, the annual meeting came to an end with a grand group dinner. Colleagues raised their glasses to celebrate, talked freely about the company’s 25-year journey, shared their work and life insights, and cherished this rare time of gathering together.

It is hoped that through this celebration, the cohesion and centripetal force of the company’s employees can be further enhanced, and all colleagues can gather their strength and welcome the new year with a more positive and enterprising attitude.
