Today, a group of intentional customers from Kazakhstan paid a special visit to DALI factory for an in-depth inspection and exchange, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of our production strength, product quality, and service capabilities.

When the customers arrived, Igor and Bepa, the sales managers of DALI’s Central Asia region, as representatives, took the customers to visit the workshops and warehouses, where they witnessed the entire production process from raw material processing to finished product delivery. The visit gave them a clear and intuitive understanding of our production and manufacturing capabilities as well as the inventory situation of our loaders, mining trucks, utility vehicles, and mineral equipment, which further strengthened their confidence in cooperation.

Subsequently, representatives from the company’s leadership and technical team joined in the in-depth exchanges with them on cooperation models, product customization, supply cycles, and other key issues, and initially reached a consensus on carrying out in-depth cooperation in related fields. Based on the actual situation of their mining site, we recommended a cost-effective mining truck that meets the specifications and responded patiently to their questions about product performance, production efficiency, and after-sales service.
