  1. Autogenous Mill is a new type of grinding equipment which has functions of crushing and grinding. Its working principle is basically the same as that of ball mill. Ore itself is the medium, through mutual impact and grinding to achieve ore grinding.
  2. The cylinder has a larger diameter. Because the autogenous grinder is crushed by collision grinding of the material itself, the diameter of the cylinder is usually three times its length. The cylinder is equipped with T-shaped lining plates. The lining plates function is to raise the material to a certain height and drop it by its own weight to strengthen the impact crushing effect.

The ores enter the cylinder through the feeder, when the cylinder rotates, under the action of centrifugal force, the ores rotate along with the cylinder, when the ores reaches a certain height, they will fall, In this process, the materials collide and grind with each other, and fall to the peak of the lining plate at the same time, which can be rebounded to the other side, increasing the chance of collision of the ores. At the same time, the ores of different sizes are evenly distributed in the cylinder and grinded. The grinded ores are discharged from the grinder with the air flow of the fan, and then classified in the classifying equipment. The coarse ores are returned to the grinder by means of self-weight.
