Structure

The main component of the wet overflow ball mill is a cylinder with a smaller diameter and larger length. It is supported by rolling bearings. It rotates slowly through the transmission device. Ores are fed into the cylinder from the feeding end of the cylinder. In the cylinder, due to the drop impact and self-grinding of steel balls and ore itself, the material is crushed.

Due to the continuous feeding of ores, the pressure causes the slurry in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharging end, and the pulp overflows spontaneously above the lower edge of the hollow shaft at the discharging end. The hollow shaft has anti-helical blades, which can return the overflow steel balls and rough ore blocks to the mill.
