  1. Accurate measurement

Because the material is transmitted to the load sensor through the belt, the characteristics of the belt will affect the force of the load sensor, thus affecting the measurement accuracy. Through the belt dynamic monitoring sensor, combined with the software to compensate the impact of the belt on the load sensor, the purpose of improving the measurement accuracy is achieved.

  1. Measurement is more stable

The distance of metering section is lengthened, the time of force acting on material is lengthened, which is more conducive to metering and improves the stability of metering, and fundamentally solves the influence of material unbalanced load on metering.

The weighing feeder is simple in structure. The bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When the belt conveyor is running, the material passes through the load-bearing system. The measuring roller detects that the weight of the material on the belt conveyor acts on the weighing sensor through the lever and generates a voltage signal. A weighing sensor is installed on the weighing bridge on the belt scale. When working, the material weight detected on the belt is fed into the weighing instrument. At the same time, the speed signal of the belt conveyor is fed into the weighing instrument by the speed sensor. The instrument processes the speed signal and the weighing signal to obtain the instantaneous flow and cumulative measurement.
